Our web application team is trusted to drive new technology adoption and co-manage responsibilities with the client’s in-house engineers. Our work on this project is supported with end-to-end testing, and the client has already rated us 5 stars on Clutch.

Another project where our JavaScript expertise powers a solution top-rated by Gartner is an ML platform with a feature-rich enterprise web app. We’ve helped this platform grow from an early prototype to a patented commercial tool used by Fortune 500 companies. What you will do

• Work closely with brand and UX teams to translate designs/concepts into experiments that will produce data to measure and inform.
• Deliver consistently code which incorporates current standards of accessibility, security and performance .
• Troubleshoot & problem solve when urgent technical solutions are needed.
• In T-shaped teams our engineers need to be able to fulfill QA tasks to speed up delivery.
• Developer role on a team of skilled engineers working on experiments to test UX upgrades in an A/B testing environment.

Our team is on the lookout for someone who has

• You have expertise in CSS/SASS, with the ability to meet build complex layouts and meet pixel-perfect design requirements which are accessible to all.
• You have 2+ years front end web development experience, with in JavaScript, JQuery
• You have experience working in e-commerce and you understand that the #1 priority is maintaining the sites core journey availability.
• You have the pro-active ability and a self-starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• You have a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
• You have experience working in an Agile team and using Jira.
• You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one-on-one interactions and presenting to a room.

Will be a plus

• Experience with A/B testing tools
• Enthusiasm for Agile development methodologies like TDD & Pair Programming
• Experience with projects at enterprise scale and with global teams
• Exposure to common development tools (Gulp, Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc)
• Experience with versioning tools (Git, Bitbucket, Github), provisioning tools (Jenkins, Docker), and AWS tools (EC2, S3, etc)
